Terms & Conditions
Last updated 9 October 2026
Draft: this policy is being reviewed and will be finalised before Tripo launches.
How booking with Tripo works: prices, payment, confirmations and who provides your travel.
Who you book with
Tripo lets you search and book flights, hotels, holidays and flight + hotel trips. Flights and hotels are mostly provided by airlines, hotels and travel partners, with Tripo arranging your booking with them.
Tripo itself provides its holiday packages, and travel sold from its own stock (shown as a Tripo deal). For these, Tripo is your provider.
The rules that apply (fare rules, hotel policies, package inclusions) are shown before you pay.
Prices
The price you see before paying is the total for your booking, with taxes shown as their own line. For holidays outside India, Tax Collected at Source (TCS) is shown separately at checkout and is collected as the law requires; it is not Tripo's money.
Prices can change between searching and booking, as providers change them. The price you pay is the one shown on the booking summary when you pay.
Paying
You pay when you book, through Razorpay, Tripo's payment provider. Tripo does not see or keep your card details.
Some holidays can be held for up to 48 hours and paid for later from your bookings. A hold that is not paid in time is released and its seats go back on sale.
Your booking
You need a Tripo account to book. Your booking reference is shown on the confirmation and in My bookings. Please check names and dates before paying: travel providers may charge to correct them.
For holidays outside India we may ask for your PAN, as required for TCS.
Changes and cancellations
You can ask to cancel from My bookings. See the Cancellation & refund policy for how cancellations and refunds are handled.
Our responsibility
For travel Tripo provides, Tripo is responsible to you for providing it as described. For travel other providers provide, they are responsible for it (for example delays, schedule changes and service on the trip), and Tripo will help you take any problem up with them.

Contact details will be published here before Tripo launches.
