Offer policy

Draft: this policy is being reviewed and will be finalised before Tripo launches.
How offer codes work: where they apply, limits, and what happens if you cancel.
Offer codes
An offer code gives a discount on the products it names: flights, hotels, holidays, or flight + hotel trips. On a trip, a flights or hotels code applies to that part only.
A code may have a minimum booking value, a most-off amount, start and end dates, a total number of uses, and a number of uses per customer (usually one).
Using a code
Enter a code, or tap one listed for your booking, before you pay. The discount you will get is shown before paying and taken off the price you pay. One code per booking. Taxes are not discounted.
The discount shown on the booking summary when you pay is the discount given. In some cases it can be less than the code's full value.
Codes listed in the app are the ones that apply to your booking; others may be shared privately and work only when typed.
Limits and changes
A code is checked again when you book, and may stop working once its dates end, its uses run out, or Tripo ends it. A code cannot be exchanged for cash or wallet credit.
If you cancel
If a booking made with a code is cancelled, or a holiday hold is released unpaid, that use of the code is given back, so it can be used again while the code runs. A refund is of the amount you paid.
Tripo deals
Tripo deals are travel from Tripo's own stock, shown to signed-in travellers (and, once confirmation is switched on, to those who have confirmed their email and mobile). Their prices are as shown.
