Cancellation & refund policy

Last updated 9 October 2026

Draft: this policy is being reviewed and will be finalised before Tripo launches.

How to cancel, how charges are worked out, and how refunds reach you.

Asking to cancel

Ask to cancel from My bookings. Our team checks the booking, cancels it with the travel provider where its rules allow, and tells you the cancellation charge, if any. If a booking cannot be cancelled, we tell you why.

Charges

Charges are based on the rules shown when you booked: for example a fare's cancellation rules, a hotel's free-cancellation window, or a holiday's cancellation terms. Our team confirms the charge with you before the refund is made.

Refunds

The refund is what you paid less the cancellation charge. Tax Collected at Source on a holiday outside India is refunded in full. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Razorpay, or by bank transfer where that is not possible, and we tell you when it is sent. Banks can take some days to show it.

Holds

A holiday held and not paid for in time is released with nothing to pay.
